Solo RPG Yes/No Oracle

—

Ask a yes/no question, then roll.

How this solo RPG oracle works

Solo play needs a stand-in for the game master. A yes/no oracle answers your questions about the fiction: you decide how likely a Yes is, roll a d100, and the result tells you what happens. Low rolls give a Yes, high rolls give a No, and extreme rolls add an "and..." that pushes the story further. Matching digits (11, 22, 33...) flag a random event, a prompt to introduce a twist.

It works with any system: D&D 5e, Pathfinder, Ironsworn, or your own homebrew. Pick the likelihood based on what makes sense in the scene, then trust the dice.
