About this table
Even a lone hero sometimes needs a pair of hands. Roll a hireling with a trade, a price, a quirk and a measure of loyalty, then decide how long they last on the road.
Each roll combines name, trade, pay, quirk, loyalty from 334 possible entries.
Treat a companion as someone with their own plans. Use the oracle to ask whether they stay, whether they tell the truth, and what they do when your hero is not looking.
